Drum, Percussion Lessons

We have the largest collection of percussion instruments in the Fox valley.  If you want to study marimba, timpani, drum set, or hand drums you can do that at Music Matters.  Our drum/percussion lessons incorporate a variety of teaching methods with the focus on learning the fundamentals including rudiments, drum grooves in all styles, playing in time, learning to read music and more. Several of our former students are pursing music as a degree in college and play with the Cavalier drum and bugle corps or are now teaching at the university level!


 We will teach you the fundamentals of music with the music you want to play.
